Our October Wine 101 theme is Spaghetti Western. What's that you ask? Together, we will go through four single varietal Arizona wines whose grapes can be traced back to Italy. We will discuss climate resilience, lessons learned from Italian winemaking, and how Arizona wine makers have adapted these techniques to fit desert conditions.
